The 911der Women Workshops are a quarterly series of live virtual trainings given by industry experts designed to instill lasting learning for the current and next generation of leaders in the 911 industry. Each half-day workshop tackles relevant topics that women in 911 face today. Workshops provide the participants tactical instruction to perform their jobs to the best of their abilities and advance their skills and careers. Each workshop’s content is built on four pillars of training topics: leadership in 911, career development, skills for the 911 center, and mental health. Sessions will be live and interactive, but also recorded and available for play-back. Each workshop is $15 and certificates of completion will be available. 

The 360° Dispatcher offers unique, high-energy, high-interaction classes that challenge participants to move from the inside out, to understand their own motives, choices, and the results they’re getting in their professional and personal lives. The classes don’t shy away from asking tough, thought-provoking questions while entertaining and educating.

LevelUp 911 Training is owned and operated by Jason Long. LevelUp 911 Training provides training to Telecommunicators, Police, Fire, EMS, and other emergency services. Our focus is on Telecommunications; however, our classes can benefit all areas of emergency services. 

Your agency’s CDE Program should be organized around the training and responsibilities of the dispatchers and meet the following specific objectives:

1. Developing a better understanding of telecommunications and the emergency dispatcher’s roles and responsibilities
2. Enhancing online skills in Pre-arrival Instructions and in all emergency telephone procedures within the practice of emergency dispatch
3. Improving skills in the use and application of all component parts of the Emergency Priority Dispatch System® (PDS) including interrogation and prioritization
4. Providing opportunities for discussion, skill practice, and critique of skill performance
